Owners
MoraBanc, a private, family-owned bank based in Andorra, acquired Casa Vicens in 2014 and has launched a meticulous, ambitious rehabilitation and restoration of the building.
Rehabilitation and restoration
The rehabilitation and restoration project has been conducted by architecture firms Martínez Lapeña-Torres Arquitectos SLP and Daw Office SLP. The works were executed by UTE Calaf AMC5 with collaboration from a group of experts in restoration.
