For which purpose do we process your personal data?

We process the personal data provided to us by the user for the following purposes:

• To respond to the different requests of information, inquiries and/or queries made by the user.
• If requested, to send press release and/or inform the user (also electronically) about news, services, news and activities of CASA VICENS.

For how long do we store your data?

The personal data will be kept for the time necessary to manage the request, inquiry or query and, as the case may be, until it is requested the intention to erasure personal data, in order to continue sending press releases and/or information to the user about CASA VICENS.

What is the legal basis for processing of your data?

The legal basis for data processing is the user's consent, although consent may be revoked at any time, without retroactively affecting the processing of personal data carried out up to that time.

In the forms, it will be necessary for the user to complete the fields marked as “mandatory”, since otherwise, CASA VICENS will not be able to process the data for the required purposes. Likewise, it is necessary that the user provides correct and updated data since, otherwise, CASA VICENS cannot guarantee adequate treatment for the purpose in question. The user guarantees and will be responsible for the fact that the data provided is not true, exact, complete and up-to-date, as well as for any damage or loss, direct or indirect, that may be caused as a result of failure to comply with this obligation. 

CASA VICENS reserves the right to exclude any user who has provided false data, without prejudice to other legally applicable actions.

To whom will your data be assigned?

No data will be communicated to third parties, except as required by Law. However, the data may be processed by entities outside the European Union, under conditions of security and confidentiality, in accordance with the corresponding legal guarantees, of which more information can be requested at press@casavicens.org

What are your rights when you provide us with your personal information?

User may, at any time, exercise his/her rights of access to your personal data, as well as request the rectification of inaccurate data, the erasure of data that is no longer necessary or, when any of the other cases provided for by law, to oppose its processing for reasons related to your particular situation, as well as the limitation and portability in the events foreseen in the current regulations, by sending an e-mail to press@casavicens.org.

CASA VICENS has implemented the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the safety of its personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, processing and/or unauthorized access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the stored data, and the risks to which they are exposed, whether they come from human action or physical or natural environment.
