Group cancellation and modification policy:
· Visit within museum hours. Cancellation is allowed up to 48 hours before and modification of the number of attendees with a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
· Visit outside museum hours. The cancellation must be made five days before and the modification of the number of attendees with a minimum of 48 hours in advance.

How many people constitute a group?

10 people or more, up to a maximum of 15 (with a Casa Vicens guide) or 20 (without a Casa Vicens guide). For other group questions you can email reserves@casavicens.org or telephone + 34 932 711 064.

Yes, all groups must arrive with an official guide or chaperone.

Yes, you have the option to offer the tour using your own guide (an official guide) or using a tour guide from Casa Vicens.
What languages are available for the Casa Vicens tours?

Catalan, Spanish, English and French.
Can the tour be given by a non-official guide?

No, if the guide is not official, a Casa Vicens tour guide must be hired.
Are free admissions offered to groups?

Yes, the official guide or chaperone will have free entry.

Yes, the route has been adapted so that people with reduced mobility can access all the spaces and enjoy the tour.
